UV primer for metal Nano Ultra Extra Strong

The most important advantages of UV primer for printing on metal:
- easy and effective application
- instant readiness for printing, the metal is ready for processing immediately after applying the primer
-high durability to scratches and mechanical damage related to transport and assembly
-high resistance to factors such as humidity, vapors, temperature changes and other not mentioned
-primer also protects the durability of pigments, which in practice translates to increase image durability

Technical parameters of UV primer for metal:
packaging: 1 liter, application temperature: 17-25C, color: transparent
The primer is very economical, one package lasts for approx. 100m2

How to apply the primer before UV printing:
1. Thoroughly clean the entire surface with a special CristalGlass liquid, for the primer to be effective, the surface must be completely degreased.
2. After drying, apply the primer with a lint-free tissue that ensures 100% cleanliness of the printed surface.
3. Time to activate the primer is a minimum of 10-15 minutes, the best results are obtained after waiting 30-40 minutes after applying the metal primer
4. The glass should be located in a dust-free room to ensure the best printing effect.
5. After putting on the UV print, the primer permanently bound the glass surface together with the ink

Note!
There are many indirect factors that affect print durability:
1. ambient and metal temperature (optimal operating range 18-24C)
2. thorough cleaning and degreasing, especially on the edges where adhesion is most vulnerable to damage.
3. choosing the right metal side to print on - the non-zinc surface is the right side
4. choosing the right paints and setting the power of UV lamps
