The Store may waive the request to return the defective product.

Complaints are dealt with immediately within a maximum period of 14 business days.The results of the complaint are in writing and contain suggestions for resolving the problem, they are sent to the e-mail address provided by the advertiser. Details of complaints and returns are included in the regulations.  Right to return unused goodsPursuant to the Act on consumer rights of 30 May 2014 (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827, as amended), the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract in writing within 14 days of receiving the goods. A declaration of withdrawal from the contract should be sent in writing.

Goods should be sent back or otherwise delivered within max. 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the contract, together with proof of purchase, to the company address: Hallo Service sp.z o.o. ul. Żeglińskiego 9 05-500 Piaseczno. We do not accept COD returns. The consumer bears the direct cost of returning the products. The goods must be complete, in a non-deteriorated condition, after becoming familiar with the Consumer in a manner customary for a given product in a traditional (stationary) store. The money will be returned to the Consumer within 5 business days from the date the Store receives the goods.

The cost of returning the goods by the consumer is not refundable. At the same time, we would like to inform you that is a b2b platform so it only deals with servicing business entities that are not subject to the Consumer Act on withdrawal from the contract.
