New Original Konica Minolta Head KM1024i MHE-D 13PL Allwin Docan Flora
The KM1024i MHE-D 13PL printhead is mainly used in printers printing with oil, UV and solvent inks. The resolution of the KM1024i MHE-D 13PL head is 360 dpi. The Konica Minolta KM1024i MHE-D head with a droplet size of 13 pico liters was made of environmentally friendly materials. Compared to previous models KM1024, it contains a much smaller amount of petroleum materials and other chemicals. In addition, KM1024i MHE-D 13PL has an integrated heater.
When printing in UV technology, particular attention should be paid to the appropriate protection of glass media before printing. Otherwise, UV rays can be reflected by the glass and then hit the head. Such actions cause permanent and irreversible damage to the head. Replacing the signal tapes with the head is also very important.
