Why use a UV primer for glass?
Glass is an extremely difficult material to process, due to its very smooth surface, even the most durable UV inks have a problem with adhesion. After the unique glass structure, the second most difficult problem is proper cleaning and preparation for printing. The UV glass primer largely eliminates all preparation shortcomings. What's more, it also supports the printing process itself, which effectively translates into increased resistance and durability of UV prints on glass.

Glass primer is very economical, one packaging is sufficient on approx. 100 m2 of glass surface

How to apply the glass primer before UV printing:
1. Thoroughly clean the entire surface with a special CristalGlass liquid, for the glass primer to be effective, the surface must be degreased completely.
2. After drying, apply UV glass primer with a lint-free tissue that ensures 100% cleanliness of the printed surface.
3. Time for activation of the UV glass primer is a minimum of 10-15 minutes, the best results are obtained after waiting 30-40 minutes after applying the glass primer.
4. The glass should be located in a dust-free room to ensure the best printing effect.
5. After applying the UV print, the glass primer permanently bound the glass surface together with the ink

There are many indirect factors that affect print durability:
1. ambient and glass temperature (optimal operating range 18-24C)
2. thorough cleaning and degreasing of glass, especially on the edges where adhesion is most vulnerable to damage.
3. choosing the right side of the glass to print - the non-zinc surface is the right side
4. choosing the right paints and setting the power of UV lamps
