Using of UV Acrylic Primer

Applying the acrylic acrylic primer is very easy and involves soaking a dust-free cloth with the preparation and then spreading over the surface of the material to be printed. The UV Acrylic Primer is specially prepared for use on difficult acrylic and laminated surfaces and is compatible with most UV inks and inks available on the market. Most products of this type available on the market have a very limited shelf life after opening the packaging, usually within 30 days. UV Acrylic Primer has 3 times longer consumption, i.e. about 3 months.

How to apply the glass primer before UV printing:
1. Thoroughly clean the entire surface with a special CristalGlass liquid, for the glass primer to be effective, the surface must be degreased completely.
2. After drying, apply UV glass primer with a lint-free tissue that ensures 100% cleanliness of the printed surface.
3. Time for activation of the UV glass primer is a minimum of 10-15 minutes, the best results are obtained after waiting 30-40 minutes after applying the glass primer.
4. The glass should be located in a dust-free room to ensure the best printing effect.
